VISIT TO THE RELICS OF ST. FRANCIS XAVIER

Students in grades, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12 will travel tomorrow to All Saints Parish on Como
Lake Road to visit the relics of St. Francis Xavier, which have been traveling across
Canada for the past weeks. It is a time of tremendous grace for all who avail themselves
of the opportunity and we look forward to the visit. Students will travel by school bus and
teacher vehicles, if necessary. Parents and families are encouraged to meet the group
at the parish for this event. The visit of relics is normally accompanied by some
explanations and displays to be seen by those visiting them. Our visit will be short, to
see the displays, venerate the relics, and to spend a short time in prayer. If students are
particularly uncomfortable looking at the relic they may simply stay and pray in the pews.
