TLA Tennis Champs!

Congratulations to our TLA tennis champions, who joined with Archbishop Carney Athletes in winning the Senior Tennis Fraser Valley Championship.  The following accolades were received from Julie Wong:
Just wanted to pass along the good news!  We brought home the banner from the 2018 AA Senior Tennis Fraser Valley championships yesterday afternoon at Newton Athletics.  I want to extend my appreciation and gratitude for the quality of athletes in Sebastian, Isaac, and Benjamin.  As a coach, they really exceeded my expectations of what it means to be a Christian athlete. In spite of challenges, they played and won each point, game, set and match with a high level of integrity.  I am impressed with their sportsmanship and friendships they shared with our team.  Thank you for sharing TLA’s talents and treasures with Archbishop Carney High School.  God brings us unique opportunities, and being a part of a high school athletics team is one of those special moments. Ben has also been an integral part of our team with his undefeated record as a Gr. 8!  Cheers, Julie Wong, Senior Tennis Head Coach
