PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAYS
– A REMINDER –
As we continue with our implementation of the new curriculum, it has been necessary to arrange a
series of Professional Development Days for our staff. This provides time for our teachers to become
more informed about new approaches to instruction and clarify the areas of emphasis which we are
currently undertaking. We are also undergoing our three-year renewal of First Aid Certification for all
staff, as a means of providing a safe environment for our students.
The following dates have been set aside for the upcoming Professional
Development Days; these are days when regular classes are not in session:
Friday, January 20, 2017 (This Friday)
Curricular Coordination and Resource Acquisition Seminar
Monday, January 30, 2017
Emergency First Aid Training – All Staff Members
Monday, February 27, 2017

TLA ANNUAL FUND RAISING DINNER/DANCE NEW DATE
Due to a scheduling conflict at the All Saints Parish Centre, we have had to move the
date for our event to Saturday, February 25. Please mark your calendars and join us for
this TLA Community Social!
We are looking for items for our silent auction at our Fund Raising Dinner – Please bring
your contributions to the school office!
