First Term Report Cards
First Term Reports will be issued this Friday, December 10. They should arrive home in an unopened condition. Please keep your eyes out for them!
Christmas Concert –
Thursday, December 16, at 6:30
We look forward to our live Christmas Concert held at the Mary Pattison Chapel, at Pacific Academy
10238 – 168th Street, Surrey, BC, V4N 1Z4. Students should arrive no later than 6:10 PM to meet their teachers and move to the areas they have been assigned. The chapel’s Covid-19 regulations dictate that everyone wear a mask inside the building, and that we have no more than 50% occupancy. Because of this, we will be sending a ticket order form along with the Dress Rehearsal Permission Slip to be returned to the school this coming week, to discern our seating arrangements. We anticipate having only room for two parents per family, which would bring us up to our maximum capacity, so it is important to let us know on that form how many people you would like to attend, and we can let you know if we CANNOT accommodate your numbers.
Tickets For Raffle Baskets
This year we are not approaching families to fill our raffle baskets, but we do expect every family to buy at least one book of tickets for the raffle, as this is necessary to pay for the rental of our Christmas Concert venue. Please look for the raffle tickets being sent home soon! Tickets for the gourmet Christmas Baskets are $5.00 each or 5 tickets for $20.00.
Christmas Bazaar – Tuesday, December 14
We are still very much in need for items for our Christmas Bazar this coming week!!! Every family is asked to support the sale by contributing to our supply of new or gently used items to be sold at the sale.
Walk – A – Thon Results and Prize Winners
A huge vote of thanks to everyone who contributed to our TLA Walk-A-Thon this year! Despite losing 25% of our students over the summer, we beat last year’s total of $29,000.00 by nearly $10,000.00, bringing in a grand total this year of $ 38,994.21. The Average Student Pledge Collection came to an outstanding $265.27, per person! Prize winners from our Walk-A-Thon Awards Ceremony will be circulated by electronic email for everyone’s information.
